Extensive sports and leisure activities such as Barnacles, golf, tennis and sailing are within easy reach.
By bus station (3 minutes walk), you have a fast connection to the city center and the surrounding areas.

The apartment is located in the basement of a detached two-family house on a hillside, at the end of quiet cul.
With an optimum allocation of the 4-room Non smoking apartment is very well suited for families.
The apartment has a size of 95m².

It has a large kitchen, bathroom with bath, two bedrooms and a living room.
The two double bedrooms are very comfortably furnished and each have individual beds that can be put together.
In addition, a cot in one of the bedrooms is complimentary.
The living room has an additional sofa bed next to find a large dining area at all guests at the same court.
There's a TV, DVD player and a CD player with radio.

Equipped with all necessary cooking utensils kitchen whets the appetite for cooking together.
The bathroom has a shower in addition to still a large bathtub.
The hours of sunshine and barbecues can be enjoyed in the apartment belonging to the garden.
Of course, there are garden furniture and sun loungers available.
From the windows you have a view of the garden with its peaceful environment.

    “Positiv: Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren 3 Paare und hatten ausreichend Platz. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Badezimmer, Dusche waren alles sauber und Handtücher vorhanden.
    Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, Bäcker, Strand und Restaurants sind gut zu erreichen. Auch einen Stellplatz hatten wir vor dem Haus.
    Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
    Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

    “Für eine grosse Familie ohne Ansprüche geeignet. Positiv: Vermieterin hatte ein offenes Ohr für Wünsche und Hinweise Negativ: Da die Unterkunft sich im Keller befindet, war die Feuchtigkeit unangenehm und es kam keine Wärme in den Räumen auf. Sowie der Wasserdruck zum duschen war sehr gering. Die Einrichtung war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sowie das vorhandene Geschirr war etwas wenig. Der Geschirrspüler musste immer, auch halb voll, arbeiten. Die Matrazen waren sehr hart, und im Zimmer mit Kinderbett sehr schmal. Die vielen Motten waren störend. Restaurant: Al Gambero - Sehr leckere italienische moderne Küche Ausflüge: Laboe - Marinedenkmal ist ein Muss”

    “Wir würden die Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen, Negativ: Der Garten ist total ungepfelgt. Die Möbel alt mit vielen Gebrauchsspuren. Stellplatz hätten wir nicht gehabt wenn die Eigentümerin nicht in Urlaub gewesen wäre. Die Wohnung liegt zwei Etagen im Keller für Personen mit Gehschwäche ist das schwierig nach unten zu kommen, auch mit den Koffern haben wir uns gequält nach unten zu kommen.”

    “Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Das Meer war relativ schnell zu erreichen und ansonsten hat alles gepasst. Positiv: Ohne persönlichen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter hat alles sehr gut geklappt.
    Der Vermieter hatte sehr großes Vertrauen in uns. Die Wohnung war verhältnismäßig groß und gut ausgestattet. Negativ: Die Lage und der dunkle Flur und Treppenabgang war, für unseren leicht gehbehinderten Vater und unseren alten blinden Hund, etwas schwierig zu meistern, aber es ging.”
