Apartment located in a nice hipped roof townhouse in second line in Hasseldieksdamm, close to the Hasseldieksdammer Wood. The surrounding area is a grown structure of older villas and family homes. The wood and the integrated European bison park invite to jog or to walk. The popular restaurants Forsthaus Wittland and Fischers Fritz can be achieved by foot. The apartment is furnished in a combination of classic warm with modern elements A large living room with kitchenette, dinette and a comfortable couch, has access to a terrace with nice view into the Hasseldieksdammer Wood. The Couch has sleeping functionality for two. The sleeping room is furnished with a French double bed. The bath room provides a shower. The apartment is equipped with fair paving tiles and floor heating. Caused by a central venting system the apartment is suitable for many allergic persons. A fast internet connection and telephone to German phone numbers are included (except mobile and special numbers). The apartment is located near to the city as well as to the University, to big companies like Heidelberger, HDW or to the Broadcasting Center Wittland of RSH, Delta Radio and others. The city highway Olof Palme Damm can be reached by car in 3 minutes. That makes a fast way to the beaches of Schilksee, Strande or Laboe.     “Sehr nette und komfortable kleine Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber, gute Anbindung zur Innenstadt, schöne Umgebung, unkomplizierte Absprachen mit den Vermietern.

    “Wer es ruhig braucht, ist hier genau richtig. Nette Leute, nette Wohnung - wirklich zu empfehlen! Positiv: Sehr ruhige Lage in zweiter Reihe und netter Vermieter. Auch mit Kind sehr zu empfehlen. Negativ: Die Küchenecke ist deutlich zu klein. Kaffee, Tee und Toast gleichzeitig sind technisch nicht möglich - weil der Platz dafür fehlt. Die Ausstattung ist hingegen gut.”

    “Ferienwohnung war toll wuerde wieder buchen und auch weiter empfehlen Positiv: Handtücher Bettwäsche Föhn und Internet die Ausstattung war sehr toll Negativ: Parkmoeglichkeit an der Straße am Wochenende fast alles belegt mit einheimischen Umgebung: Supermarket - Supermarkt Restaurant sind gut fusslaeufig zu erreichen”

    “Waren im Dezember 2017 für drei Nächte in der FeWo. Vermieter war unkompliziert, hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Kann ich weiterempfehlen. Wir werden sicherlicher wieder kommen”
