Our comfortable two-room apartment convinces you with completely heated natural granite floor, a tastefully furnished spacious living room, cosy bedroom, a bathroom with walk-in shower (120 x 120 cm) and a perfectly equipped white country-style kitchen. Hikers, mountainbikers and motorbikers will appreciate the drying room and the lockable garage.
A high chair and a huge games collection are available for parents with small children.
At Neuastenberg´s highest point, the sunny southern slope of the 790 m high "Gerkenstein”, the panoramic view is simply stunning.
From the spacious roofed terrace you can see the "Ziegenhelle” (816 m).
The "Rothaarsteig” hiking trail runs directly over the "Gerkenstein” and right behind our house you will find the protected Winterberg mountain meadows. Blooming idyll and pure nature!
In the winter you will find the Neuastenberg ski area "Postwiese” only 400 m away from the holiday flat. It is one of the top ski areas of the "Wintersport-Arena Sauerland” with 16 ski slopes, artificially snowed slopes, chair lift, natural tobogganing slope, fun park and a great offer for night skiing and tobogganing under floodlight.
Right in front of our door you can enter into the cross country slope and winter hiking trail network.
In our 68 m² big holiday flat you will find all amenities such as wireless internet access, television, radio and CD player, dish washer, microwave, kettle, egg boiler, bread slicer, mixer as well as a separate drying room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a safe.
On request you can also bring your pet with you.
After only a few minutes of walking you find a bakery and the famous butcher Leber at the "Schinken-Alm”. You can also have a good and affordable lunch menu there.
