Our lovely guesthouse nestles in Tumpen in the central Ötztal Valley. In approx. 300 m you can reach the free skibus which takes you to the family ski area of Hochoetz (approx. 8 km) or to the top ski areas of Sölden (approx. 26 km) and Gurgl (approx. 37 km). The Mini-M market at the petrol station provides you with groceries - you can find more shopping opportunities in Umhausen. The village's pizzeria is within easy walking distance. In summer, the primeval attractions of Umhausen await you: Ötzi Village, Birds of Prey Park and Stuiben Falls - Tirol's biggest waterfall.
