Welcome at Rosenhof apartments!
The former tree and rose nursery is situated in the heart of the Main valley, surrounded by the river Main, vinyards and forests. The spacious house was completely renovated in spring 2021 and now the ground floor and the first floor host one holiday home each. You can enjoy the spacious garden or the shade under the courtyard tree.
It is an ideal starting point for many excursions along the bicycle path directly passing by or for hikes.
Within short distance are the historical towns Karlstadt (6 km), Lohr (15 km), Gemünden (8 km) and Würzburg (30 km).
Kitchen and living room are open space and completely equipped. The living room gives direct access to the terrace.
If required, we can prepare the sleeping sofa for you.
Arrival from 3pm to 8pm, departure until 10am.
Towels and bed linen are provided.
Keys are handed over in person upon arrival.
Pets are not allowed.
Conditions and extras
Payment is possible in cash or by bank transfer.
For cancellations more than 14 days before arrival date, 100% of the invoiced amount are refunded. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before arrival, 50% are reimbursed. For cancellations received less than 7 days before arrival, no refund can be granted.
