Our home is nestled in a lush green valley deep within the forest, away from nosey neighbours and only among beautiful nature. Your only neighbour might be a hare or deer that will pass by your window from time to time. Nevertheless the civilization with all important shopping facilities are only a short drive away.
The apartment is upstairs and consists of two bedrooms with double beds with bed linen and large wardrobes. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric stove and oven,coffee maker, toaster and a breakfast bar.
The skylight in the bathroom with shower provides bright daylight, towels and hairdryer are provided.
The floors in kitchen and bathroom are tiled, the other rooms have parquet floors.
The living room is comfortable and spacious with an abundance of natural light and characteristic charm.
Dining room and living room are connected by two steps and from there you can access the Balcony, which is equipped with a cozy sitting area with an electric BBQ .
End your day comfortably by enjoying a relaxing drink on our large balcony whilst watching the sunset and listening to the rippling of the water in the pond below.
The total apartment size including balcony (10 sqm) is 110 sqm.

Directly in front of our house you can explore the nature on one of the numerous hiking trails.
The bike path is just 2km away and invites you to relaxed tours in the nearer or
surroundings. By car you can reach many interesting destinations within a radius of approx. 50 km
in the Westerwald or the neighboring Sieger- and Sauerland, Cologne is about an hour's drive away.

In addition there is a fee of 50€ for the final cleaning.
Our prices include heating, electricity, water, bed linen and kitchen-, hand- and shower towels. The joint use of the washing machine and tumble-dryer is to be paid with 3Euro per laundry extra.
