    “Picture from the website if Belvilla for this location. Are probably from 30 yrs ago. You arrive at a small complex of apartments that looks like are part of a thriller movie. I have collected about 20 pictures and video of all things that should be fix before this place is open for guests. The place is worth 1/4 of what I have paid. There are so many dangerous things that can happen that I have lost count….

    When we arrived we were told that are dog(medium-big) was not allowed… when I had a regular booking with dog. After 2 hrs of waiting finally he gave us the pet. He told us several rules about the dog because the dog is supposed to be dangerous for childrens…. Oh trust me. The dog was the least of his problems there…

    You can imagine with which spirit we had to start holidays. We decided to leave. But we would have lost the money. So we stayed. After few days the manager became more friendly. But the place in my humble opinion is still not suitable to receive guests yet.”

    “Die Fenster sind alt und defekt, eines konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Im Haus riecht es nach Heizöl, da die Tür vom Heizungsraum, die zum Flur auf geht sich nicht schließen lässt. In den Küchenschränken war es dreckig. Teppichboden im Schlafzimmer ist muffig und uralt. Die Elektrik ist in einem Raum defekt, da eine Sicherung raus flog. Alle Spielgeräte im Garten sind so alt und teilweise kaputt, dass man diese am besten nicht benutzt. An der Badestelle am Turnersee schauen aus der Holzplattform einige Nagelspitzen weit raus.

    “3 Raum Apartment Angelika leider nicht zu empfehlen da viel defekt und nicht sehr hygienisch!! Es fehlt an fast allem in der Wohnung,man hat das Gefühl die Reklamationen werden nicht ernst genommen!”
