If you want to feel peaceful and experience charms of a holiday, we are inviting you to visit our beautiful VILLA "EAGLE" with a new heated pool and badminton court in front, in the countryside surrounded by fruit trees and olive trees.
The villa is in the village of Svinišće, 5km from the river Cetina and 10 km from the sea, raised on highlands of the mountain Omiška-Dinara.
You will enjoy in a peaceful piece of paradise, lonely house for 8+2 people, 140m2 living space and 3000 m2 garden.
Villa is also suitable for friendly families.
For smaller groups (6 person) there is top floor (next to parking) with kitchen + dining room + living room + terrace for common socializing during the day + small toilet. That floor is connected by inner stairs with three bedrooms and big bathroom on the floor below.
For bigger groups villa has a separated bedroom unit plus bathroom on ground floor (next to gym room) for 2 persons.
For group up to 10 person there is sofa for two persons in living room (there is also sofa in one of three rooms below living room).
This typical behind-a-mountain Dalmatian village is only fifteen minute's ride far from Omiš. The name of the village - Svinišće, translated from Croatian language means "wine region", located in hill, surrounded with forest, really looks spectacular - check out our photos.
We are offering you high quality private accommodation in peaceful surrounding. The villa is made 2014. Next to parking and main door at your disposal is a big living room and dining room ending in a terrace, with fully equipped kitchen and toilet. Three bedrooms downstairs (2 bedrooms kingsize bed and 1 bedroom 2 x single bed + sofa) and a big bathroom.
At the ground floor next to the swimming pool is seperated entrance for gym room and bedroom (kingsize bed) with bathroom.
In the front of the house, under the shade, there is terrace and big wood table for 10 persons, where you can have a lunch or a dinner while enjoying in a peaceful and breathtaking enviroment. Next to terrace is outdoor stone barbecue, and a big pool where you can relax and enjoy in beautifull view. In front of the terace is new badminton court for recreation. Next to the heated swiming pool is playground for children, wood swing chair.
Swiming pool is in use from 20.04. - 20.10. The water heating in the pool is on from 20.04. - 25.05. and from 20.09. - 20.10.
There is no Wi-fi during winter (it can be available on request).

We sometimes welcome our guests and prepare dinner (local food specialties) for them (min. 7 nights). You will also be able to taste ouer homemade products (organic) such as olive oil, cherry liqueur, marmalades, jam etc (all from ouer fruit trees).
Every morning (except Monday) 100 m from villa comes van with fresh bread, croissant, milk... Nearest shop is in neighboring village Kučiće 4km.
Only 10 km from us is Omis city, very small, but lovely and beautiful city on the Adriatic coast. Also, Omis is an ideal place to plan an active holidays or recreational weekend. Regardless of your sporting preferences, whether it be diving, wind-surfing, rafting or kayaking (on still-water or rapids), hiking, rock-climbing, hang- or paragliding, cycling or boating, this former refuge of pirates and buccaneers offers all of this on a background of exquisite natural beauty. Also, Omis got a zipline, one of the biggest in this part of Europe.
And don't forget, Split is only 30 km from us!

Passed down through the centuries several theories on the naming of the Cetina River have emerged. One possibility is that some of the first Croatians that came down from Northern Europe towards the warmer Southern coast, finding the river and naming it Cetina because it reminded them of the river "Cetynia", in Southern Poland which was their last Nomadic residence. A more likely possibility is that the Cetina river derived its name from the Latin word "Kentona" that was given by tribe Dalmates. Croatians over time changed this Latin word to Cetina. This region is very important, both historically and archaeologically. Along the Cetina's tall canyon walls real archaeological fortune can be found: bottle-axes from the stone-age, shields from roman soldiers, personal items from middle-age peasants... and many other interesting artefacts. These findings confirm that people from this region are descended from an historical-age...As the years passed by, the surrounding regions Cetinska and Krajina developed. This area is surrounded by the mountains Svilaja, Kamesnica and Dinara. This is a very productive region where you can find many small towns and villages, grasslands and green meadows full of flowers, grass and life. During moist springs there are many colourful flowers in the meadows and bees in the air. The Cetina river itself is teaming with life, Supplying drinking water to much of Dalmatia.
