Gite Rouge is a detached 8 person holiday home with 2 bathrooms. At a short distance you can visit the Normandy beaches and their history, go shopping in Caen or Falaise or swim in the nearby Lake of Rabodanges. Outside with front terrace and side terrace, accessible from the hallway. Furthermore, you can pick blackberries, raspberries, apples and pears on your own property in the autumn. In the neighbourhood there is always a local flea market (vide grenier) where you can walk around endlessly to find old French stuff. Layout: spacious kitchen with 5 burner cooker, fridge freezer and wood stove. Dining table with 10 seats. Stairs to first floor on front part with 2 bedrooms, Corridor to back part of the ground floor with spacious 2 person bedroom with fixed washbasin, separate toilet, bathroom with toilet, shower and fixed washbasin, second bathroom with fixed washbasin and shower, spacious living room on two levels with wood stove / Stairs to bedroom/playroom and another 4 person bedroom. Washing machine, tumble dryer and various kitchen appliances available.
