As the perfect retreat for those seeking peace and quiet and active vacationers, we are the ideal starting point for a variety of leisure activities. You can embark on numerous hiking and mountain tours directly from our house. The nature playground is just a short walk away. The valley station of the Ochsengartenbahn cable car is within walking distance and takes you comfortably to the Hochoetz alpine pasture and hiking area. Families in particular will have fun in the Widiversum! Refreshment stops and shopping facilities (cafés, restaurants, doctors, bakery, supermarket, ...) can be found in Oetz, approx. 10 km away.

In winter, Ochsengarten is transformed into a paradise for snowshoe and winter hikes as well as speedy toboggan runs. The valley station of the Ochsengartenbahn cable car is within walking distance and takes you comfortably to the Hochoetz ski area, while the free ski bus takes you to Kühtai. Refreshment stops and shopping facilities (cafés, restaurants, doctors, bakery, supermarket, ...) can be found in Oetz, approx. 10 km away.
