Holiday House in Pauligne with Private Pool and Beautiful Views

In an hamlet, at 8 km from the Limoux center, at 28 km from Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi, at few kilometers from the Cathar castles, at 82 km from Narbonne, at 93 km Toulouse, at 105 km from the sea and at 20 km from several lakes.
Beautiful views of the surrounding hills. A WIFI connection is at your disposal, private parking. The owners speak Spanish. Sorry animals are not accepted.

The hamlet of some houses is located in a quiet environment at the end of a path. You have a very large private pool and an outdoor area beautifully decorated with plants and flowers. A private terrace of nearly 50 m²in each mansion, part of which is covered with canisses furnished with garden furniture, chairs and a barbecue. The swimming pool secured by a barrier is equipped with deckchairs and huts for the comfort of bathers.

The farmhouses of 250 m² each, are comfortably furnished for 24 people. There are decorated with noble materials such as stone, wood and furnished with quality furniture. This gives its an obvious charm. In addition, this neat decoration and embellished with modern equipment and comfort such as air conditioning in each room.

Upstairs, 1 bedroom with king size bedroom and private bathroom with bath, double sinks and toilet, 1 twin bedroom with 2 beds 1m x 2m and private bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks and WC. On the 2nd floor, 1 king size bedroom and private bathroom with bath, large basin, 1 twin bedroom with 2 beds 1m x 2m and private bathroom with shower and double sinks, separate toilet and large terrace of 150 m² with garden lounge with beautiful views.

In the surroundings, the valleys remain most often green because they enjoy a temperate climate much less subject to the high temperatures of the littoral. This is a paradise for active people, nature lovers and white water sports. Hikers can satisfy their passion on the many marked trails and fishermen will find rivers particularly fish. It is also the territory of Hautes Corbières, and it is of course on these slopes covered with vine that the famous blanquette of Limoux is made.
The fans of cultural discoveries will be delighted by the visit of the city of Carcassonne (UNESCO World Heritage Site), the many Cathar castles around; from the site of Rennes-le-château where the mystery of the strange Abbé Saunière, made famous by the Da Vinci Code and medieval villages to visit, such as Mirepoix.
