Ideally located on the heights of Roussillon in a small wine-producing village 10 minutes from Perpignan, our gîte will welcome you for your family holidays.
Nature lovers will appreciate the many hiking trails on site. For the little ones and teenagers, 3 playgrounds have been set up by the commune as well as an open-air fitness area. Our beautiful Mediterranean beaches are only 20 minutes away and Spain 35 minutes. We also advise you to visit the hinterland for its various treasures.
During our travels, we have decorated the gîte with a touch of the exotic, while keeping a family spirit.
In the village of Calce, a single storey gîte with an independent entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with dining area opening onto the garden, an open plan kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony, a bedroom with two single beds or a double bed on request. A bathroom with bathtub, independent WC. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Possibility to store bicycles in the owners' garage. Private parking on site.
The garden is entirely fenced, with trees, garden furniture, summer kitchen with barbecue, masonry swimming pool of 5.00 metres by 3.00 metres and 1.40 metres deep, to be shared with the owners.

In the wine village of Calce, cottage on the ground level with independent entrance, housed in an apartment on the ground floor of the owner's House. Ground floor: living room opened on enclosed, common, wooded and flowery Garden (garden furniture), kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom, toilet. Possibility to store bikes in an adjoining room. Private parking and Hiking trails on the spot. Tasting of the cellars nearby in the village.
