On the well maintained property with spacious pool, there are 3 terraces with teak furniture and sun loungers, so that every time of day a pleasant stay in sun or shade with fantastic views and sunsets guarantees.
The small, separate garden house is not rented and serves the owner occasionally for the care of the property.
To the south you can see the Mediterranean Sea as far as the islands of Elba and Corsica and to the west the hills extend to Pisa and the mountains of Carrara.
The small mountain village Castellina Marrittima is only 2 km away from the house and offers everything for your daily needs. It is the ideal starting point to the culture and art metropolises like San Giminiano, Volterra, Lucca or Pisa, which you can reach in less than 1 hour. Florence is also an ideal day trip. The sandy beaches and pine forests by the sea, with picturesque little harbours, restaurants and beach life are only 15 km away.
The airport of Pisa is only 40 km away.
