Although the community has space within it to park, they are unassigned spaces, that is, there is no exclusive parking, so at certain times of the year there may be no parking for your vehicle, having to park it nearby.
Located on a ground floor facing the community's front garden, this accommodation will provide you with the rest you need for your vacation or the peace of mind to telework if you wish to do so or are obliged to do so. You can always take a break walking to the beach and take a stroll along the wonderful Arroyo de la Miel promenade.
As we have mentioned, the accommodation is located in an urbanization, so you will have to respect the rest rules of the neighbors and the use of the facilities it offers. With large gardens and a fenced pool, you can sunbathe or enjoy taking a walk through the wide expanse of common areas.
