    “Tuin en zwembad waren zeer goed. Interieur en voorzieningen behoorlijk gedateerd. De eigenaar is een verschrikking. 2x per week werd je voor 09.00 uur hard uit je bed gebeld, omdat hij zijn tuin moest sproeien. Op vertrekdatum staat hij al ruim voor 09.00 uur op de stoep. Hij past ook trucs toe om zoveel mogelijk borg in te houden. We moesten € 60 bijbetalen voor elektriciteit (voor 1 week). Geen idee hoe dat kan. Ook zouden we zijn oude wasmachine kapot hebben gemaakt (onzin!) en daar vroeg hij € 50 voor. Dit soort trucs haalt hij vast vaker uit.
