“The property was well presented and stylish with excellent decor and furnishings. I would recommend this property to groups who would enjoy facilities that allow you to BBQ morning, noon and night in addition to cook traditionally if this suits your style. Families with children will adore the pool area that allows parents the opportunity to relax and soak up the sun whilst ensuring the children play safely in the pool. The shaded area allows you to unwind at your pace by listening to music, reading or lounging around. Our families enjoyed the freedom this property allows however a car should be recommended as local stores and shops are not in walking distance and this was an issue. The quietness of this villa is a strength and weakness as it allows a total family holiday that gives you total relaxation and slow pace of life however if you wish for many restaurants, shops etc on your doorstep this would not suit. Overall we would recommend this villa highly as it has many positive attributes that allow great holiday memories to be made but a car should be part of the package in addition we were disappointed with being presented with a bill for the water, electricity and oil which should be included in the price.”

“Das Haus liegt angenehm nahe an S´Arenal. Sehr gepflegt, sauber und auch der Besitzer ist sehr nett. Bei 10 Personen und einer Woche Mietdauer sind 70.- € Nebenkosten sehr günstig. Die Lage ist recht ruhig, der Außenbereich - sehr gepflegt. Die Kinder hatten Spaß am Pool.”

“Bra trädgård fin pool. Hundar som skäller störande på kvällar och nätter. 3 badrum på nedervåning endast 1 på övervåning. Positivt lakan, frotte samt städning ingår något som ni på Novasol inte informerat tydligt om.”
