    “Erg vriendelijke eigenaar (die náást het huisje woont). Spreekt diverse talen en bood ons gezellig een flesje wijn aan. Niet opdringerig, maar aanwezig indien nodig. Huisje ziet er van buiten mooi uit, zoals op de website. Van binnen wat gedateerd. Woonkamer door kleine raam en bomen om het huis erg donker. Ook wat aan de krappe kant, want staat vol met zware, donkere meubelen. Boven ruime slaapkamers (3) met kasten. Smal bed/twijfelaar. Fijne douche. Toilet in de doucheruimte. Toilet beneden bedompt en muf. Keuken is ruim en bevat alles wat je nodig hebt. We vonden servies, pannen en bestek niet erg schoon. Huisje ligt erg rustig in soort villawijk hoog boven Perbes. Je hebt zeker een auto nodig, want te voet kom je nergens. Ligging t.o.v. Perbes, maar ook bv. A Coruna en Santiago prima (met auto goed te doen). Ook nabije strandjes e.d. met auto goed bereikbaar en veelal parkeren nabij strand. Wij deden inkopen bij grotere supermarkt in nabij gelegen plaatsje. Geen wifi in huis.     “Das Haus ist sehr sauber und ordentlich, der Vermieter freundlich und wohnt nebenan, so dass evtl. Probleme schnell behoben sind (sofern man Spanisch spricht). Lage: ruhig. Das Haus ist innen etwas dunkel, wie viele Häuser in Spanien. Küche: Backofen (nicht selbstverständlich) und (etwas kleines) Frostfach. Schlafräume: Für 5 Personen vielleicht etwas knapp, da die beiden Doppelbetten nur 140 cm Breite messen. Einkauf in Pontedeume gut möglich, ca. 5 Min. mit dem Auto.”
