Cosy 2-family house "Peter", 2 storeys. On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 1 km from the skiing area. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking at the house. Supermarket 280 m, restaurant 300 m, 12 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 550 m, indoor swimming pool 7 km, bathing lake "Waidring" 550 m. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, tennis 500 m, riding stable 2 km, skisport facilities 1 km, ski rental 1 km, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 1 km, cross country ski track 200 m, ice field 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Steinplatte 1 km, Almenwelt Lofer 10 km, Hahnenkamm/Kitzbühel 27 km. Hiking paths: PillerseeTal, Kitzbüheler Alpen. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Steinplatte. “Grander” water is available in the house.

    “Appartement bien équipé et propre, situé à proximité des sentiers de randonnée et de villages proposant de nombreux services. Seul bémol: la proximité de la route traversant le village qui est un peu bruyante, surtout le matin.”

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal für bis zu 4 Personen. Sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über große Fenster, so dass die Wohnung sehr hell erscheint.
    Der Schwedenofen ist ideal für kuschelige Abende. Die Lage ist auch günstig für verschiedene Unternehmungen.
    Durch das große Platzangebot beim Haus ergeben sich auch keine Parkplatzprobleme. Ein -und Ausladen direkt an der Wohnung ist somit möglich. Die Ausstattung in Küche und Bad ist Bestens.”
