    “Ein sehr sauberes, sanitär gut ausgestattetes, erschwingliches Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Lage. Der Ausblick und die Nachbarn waren wunderbar. Der Vermieter und seine Tochter sind sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Menschen. Wir hatten völlig unsere ruhe.

    Allerdings sollte man an dieser Stelle als Mieter wissen, dass das Haus ganz oben auf einem Berg liegt und die Wege und Wendemöglichkeiten für italienische Verhältnisse vlt. normal, aber für uns deutsche, vor allem mit einem gemieteten Minivan, eine Katastrophe sind. Man gewöhnt sich daran, aber erstmal ist man doch recht ratlos wie man den Wagen manövrieren soll. Nach etwas üben hats geklappt.”

    “La villa è bella e ben tenuta. Cucina e sala-soggiorno sono molto spaziose e bene attrezzate. Si sente la mancanza, però, di una lavastoviglie: essendo una casa molto grande, adatta per famiglie-gruppi di 5-6-7 persone, la lavastoviglie sarebbe molto apprezzata (quando si è in vacanza, il tempo per lavare piatti e stoviglie lo si risparmierebbe volentieri). Anche il frigorifero è un po' piccolo, sempre considerando il numero potenziale di persone che affittano la casa. Buone le camere da letto; i bagni sufficientemente spaziosi, anche se qualche arredo in più non guasterebbe. La posizione è ottima: la casa si trova sulle colline di Montemagno ed è circondata da ulivi. Dal terrazzo si gode una vista eccellente su Torre del Lago (lago e marina) e su tutta l'area circostante.”
