The villa was completely renovated and refurbished in 2023 in the living and sleeping areas. We have for youSAUNA and a heated WHIRLPOOLThe house consists of two residential units and an extra accessible basement. The two residential units each have a living room, dining area and kitchen and two separate bedrooms. A hallway and a bathroom and a large terrace. The apartment on the upper floor also has a summer kitchen on the south-facing terrace and a north-facing balcony with seating and a small balcony in one of the bedrooms.
You have two parts of the garden at your disposal. A completely fenced garden of 250 sqm directly around the house with palm trees, conifers, magnolias, vines etc. and a wonderful garden area of 750 sqm directly in your view from the balcony. Currently this is accessible through a small path next to the upper property. From 2024 also directly through stairs leading to the large pool.E-cars.There is a terrace at the entrance and one in front of the basement. The barbecue area is spacious and also equipped with a seating area.
The house at the end of the village is completely peaceful with an undigested view of the islands of Krk and Cres. It is right next to the forest where you can take wonderful walks.
