    “Das Haus ist für ein Ferienhaus sehr gepflegt, es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Wir haben bereits einmal ein Ferienhaus in Spanien gemietet, welches wesentlich unsauberer war. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Anmietung war sehr unproblematisch, da man nirgends hin fahren musste um den Schlüssel zu erhalten oder wieder abzugeben. Es gibt eine große Terasse, auf der man gut frühstücken kann und gut sitzen kann. Von der Terasse und von den Zimmern hat man einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Das Haus wäre mit Spülmaschine perfekt gewesen. Der Strand ist über die Treppe schnell erreichbar. Allerdings sind 250 m doch recht anstrengend wieder hoch zu laufen in den Sommermonaten bei ca. 36 Grad. Es gibt aber weitere schöne und leichter zu erreichende Strände die mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen sind, von daher kein Problem.”

    “Das Fereinhaus war sehr sauber, sehr komfortabel. Gute Lage, toller Blick auf die Bucht Cala Mesquida. Toller Komfort: die Tiefgarage! Kleine Mängel: außer in dem Wannenbad fehlten in den Duschbädern Ablageflächen für Kosmetika etc. und Handtuchhalter. In der Küche fehlte ein Ablagetisch, bei einem 7-Personen-Haus wäre vielleicht doch ein Geschirrspüler angemessen. Ansonsten fehlten in der Küche ein Mixer, ein Abgusssieb (Nudeln). Im Wohnzimmer fehlte vor dem Fernseher ein Abstelltisch, z.B. für Getränke. Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen wären auch sehr schön gewesen.”
