The vacation apartment Haas is located in the wine town Lauda-Königshofen in Tauberfranken. The wine town offers with its twelve offers exactly the right thing for every holidaymaker: natural forests, mighty stone and numerous vineyards characterize the landscape in and around Lauda-Königshofen. Bicycle and and hiking trails connect the various parts of the town and make it a very pleasant vacation resort. Directly on the cycle path "Liebliches Taubertal - Der Klassiker" and as the starting and destination of the Main-Tauber-Franconian Cycle Eight, Lauda-Königshofen is the ideal starting point for cyclists and e-bikers. The magnificent baroque church in Gerlachsheim, the museum of local history in the historic old town with the Upper Gate and the Powder Tower in Lauda, as well as many sights in the other parts of town, are worth a visit. Guided wine walks, cellar tours, wine tastings, wine seminars and wine festivals will quickly turn anyone into a wine connoisseur and wine lover.

Conditions and extras
Payment of the total price is made directly after booking.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, later cancellations will be charged 50% of the total price.
The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of the house and offers with about 60 m^2 space for up to 3 people. For the 3rd person there is a price surcharge.
The apartment with 60 m^2 consists of kitchen, living-dining room, bedroom, bathroom and hallway. The apartment with PVC floors is furnished and equipped with two single beds (2.00 m x 0.90 m) and bedside cabinet in the bedroom. In the living/dining room there is a dining table with 4 chairs and a comfortable couch with modern glass table.
The kitchen has to offer a modern fitted kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, kettle and microwave. Crockery is available.
WLAN can be used free of charge and there are enough free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
TV is available.
On request, a 3rd person can spend the night in the living room. The couch can be converted into a sleeping coach.
Animals are not allowed.
Bicycles can be parked under cover at the house. We do not assume any liability.
