Calimera is easily reachable from Lecce which is 20 minutes away for 20 km and is excellently positioned to reach the marina of San Foca, Roca Vecchia, Torre Specchia Ruggeri in just 15 minutes for 13 km. Torre dell'Orso, on the Adriatic coast of Salento. The coastal stretch falling within the territory of Melendugno is considered among the most beautiful in Salento, almost comparable to the Caribbean due to the white sandy expanses. Below the house, there are all the services as the town of Calimera, compared to the coastal towns, is inhabited in summer and winter.

On the second floor with lift, it has 10 well-distributed comfortable beds. Holiday home Appartamento Palumbo consists of an entrance in the landing area, hallway to the four bedrooms, all bright and with balconies, one of which is very large which houses a sofa bed for one and a half and the possibility of integrating another bed. Then a large kitchen with an open and well-finished kitchenette, with fireplace and large, bright window that radiates the environment. And finally the only recently renovated bathroom, complete and comfortable shower cubicle. Regarding the type of beds, two are doubles, three are singles, a single bed is obtained from the opening of a sofa, then another bed is space-saving, while the last bed is an inflatable and electrically deflatable mattress.
