The listed house with high ceilings and the original wooden parquet is a former winery from 1888. The 80m2 spacious holiday flat on the mezzanine floor has a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and dining area. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1,80x2m), invitier you to relax. The living room with dining area allows you to find time to relax and enjoy. A large bathroom with bathtub completes the accommodation.
The guest area is cosy and lovingly furnished. Ist is a located in a one-way street in the centre of Neustadt an der Weinstraße. Everything is within walking distance.
Arrival by train is ideal. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard. Parking is available in the surrounding area.
Shop for fresh produce at the marketplace ( 3 times at week), enjoy an Espresso or "Schorle" in the sun...
Explore the Palatinate Forest with its hiking huts on foot (Weinbiet, Hambacher Schloß,...). Cycle through the "sea of vines" to Speyer, Bad Dürkheim or Edenkoben.
