Appelbü Farm is a converted remnant farm with several residential units. It is located between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea in the middle of the idyllic Eider-Treene-Sorge river landscape. The village of Bergenhusen is known for its many feathered summer visitors. Up to 20 breeding pairs of the elegant white storks can then be found in the stork village. The Dutch town of Friedrichstadt is about 18 km away.
With its quaint villages and many thatched-roof houses, the Stapelholm landscape promises interesting cycling trips. A relaxing break at Hof Appelbü is rounded off by cheerful garden inhabitants such as chickens, running ducks and sheep. There is also a stork's nest on the farm, which is regularly occupied.

There are two bedrooms in the flat, each with a double bed. The sofa bed in the living room offers two further sleeping possibilities. On request and for a small fee, baby equipment can also be provided (baby travel cot).

In addition to the sofa bed, the living room also has a reading chair, TV, dining table with chairs and a desk. Traditional solid wood furniture in country house style and a tiled stove complete the ambience in the living room. The room doors are historically in the North German style. All rooms have high-quality parquet flooring.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has a large work surface. In the bathroom there is a washbasin and WC as well as a spacious glass shower. The garden and terrace may be shared. There is a shop for honey, eggs and apple juice on the farm.
