Villa Stancija Vigini is an authentic Istrian villa built in 1855. This charming property has been renovated in harmony with nature, which is easily noticed both in the interior and exterior. Villa Stancija Vigini has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. If you are dreaming of a relaxing vacation surrounded by untouched nature, Villa Stancija Vigini is the ideal choice for you. The rooms are spread over 3 floors. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom and a bathroom and a lounge with a pool table. The cozy living room and the well-equipped kitchen are on the second floor. Numerous details and vintage decorations add to the charm of the villa. On the second floor there are 3 further bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both the first and the second floor have a terrace from where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the surroundings. In a separate area there is a further bedroom and bathroom. But that's not all: the private pool and summer kitchen are at your disposal. Choose one of the lounge areas and enjoy the warm and sunny days.Villa Stancija Vigini is located in Makovci, a small village near Groznjan. Groznjan offers a spectacular view over hills covered with vineyards, villages and farmhouses, as well as over the magical Mirna valley. Groznjan is both a municipality and a beautiful medieval town. Groznjan is known as the 'artists' village' because during the warm summer months the whole town comes to life and becomes one of the most important cultural centers in Croatia. It is the ideal vacation destination for all art lovers. There are numerous galleries and studios in the city. The jazz festival 'Jazz is back!' takes place every year at the end of July. At the end of September, the city is transformed into a huge work of art. More than 300 artists from all over Europe gather to exhibit their works of art. This festival is known as 'Ex Tempore'. Istria is also famous for local Teran and Malvazija grapes, olive oil, homemade cheese, prosciutto, grilled meat and of course truffles, which can be tasted in restaurants in the many villages and towns of the region. There are numerous hiking and cycling trails, one of the most beautiful of which is the historic Parenzana.
