Königsleiten: Very beautiful, comfortable chalet "Königsleiten 2", 1'600 m a.s.l.. 200 m from the centre of Königsleiten, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: garden. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant 200 m, bathing lake 3 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, ski lift 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal Arena. Attention: for bookings which are longer then 14 days an extra cleaning has to be paid on spot.

6-room house 126 m2 on 3 levels. Luxurious and tasteful furnishings: 2 double bedrooms. 1 room with 1 x 1 bunk beds, 1 double bed. Large living room with cable TV (flat screen), radio and CD-player.     “Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist ansprechend, so dass sich jede Familie auch mal zurückziehen kann. Die Schlafgelegenheit unterm Dach war für unserer Kinder ein echter Highlight. Da das Haus am Rand des Feriendorfes liegt, ist es dort eher ruhiger. Natürlich sind dadurch die Wege auch etwas länger. (Ich denke,dass es eher ein Vorteil in der Wintersaison ist) Die Küche ist kompakt aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Einen Punkt Abzug muss ich allerdings für die Sauberkeit gebe. Es hingen Spinnweben an der Decke, in der Schublade lagen noch Sachen vom Vormieter, der Grill war sehr verdreckt und ist kurz davor auseinander zu fallen und ringsum das Haus lagen alte Flaschen. Auch das muss vom Reinigungstrupp in der kurzen Zeit geschafft werden.”
