This elegantly furnished villa is located on a spacious plot close to a nature reserve in Jijona-Xixona. This wonderful property has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and has been lovingly and stylishly decorated. The colourful living room leads on to one of your private terraces and the private pool. It is surrounded by countryside, which can be admired from its balconies and terraces where you can admire the views of the olive, almond and orange groves which extend up to the sea. Since the temperatures here are up to five degrees lower than on the coast, the home is a great choice for a summer holiday. The typically Spanish town of Jijona, which is well known for its Turon, a delicacy made from almonds and chocolate, is approximately 5 km away. Alternatively, take a stroll to the Sunday market in the small, traditional village of Torremanzanas.

    “Ein absolutes Traumhaus mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünscht (wenn man ohne Kaffemaschine und Mikrowelle leben kann). Als Hobbykoch kommt man voll auf seine Kosten. Es ist alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Die Ausstattung ist liebevoll bis ins Detail. Genau so würde man es selber bauen, mit zahlreichen Sitzecken, Pool am Haus und Super-Blick bis an die Küste und auf die nahe gelegene Bergkulisse.”
