This charming villa, located in the picturesque village of Potpican in Istria, offers a dreamy and relaxing vacation in 4 beautifully furnished bedrooms. The villa consists of 2 separate houses - a large main house, which is a semi-detached house, and a small apartment next to the main house.
The villa is surrounded by a beautifully manicured garden where you will find a lighted pool and a children's playground for the youngest guests. As the villa has been restored with love and attention to detail, it will be a difficult decision whether you prefer to spend your vacation in the spacious, air-conditioned interior or by the pool with a refreshing drink.
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a separate toilet, are located on the ground floor of the main house. On the second floor of the main house you will find an open plan living room with fireplace, as well as a kitchen with dining area, which have direct access to the covered terrace and the inviting sitting area. Another bedroom and another bathroom are also located on the second floor of the main house.
The charming separate apartment consists of a kitchen with dining area, also with a fireplace, located on the ground floor. The last (4th) bedroom with a private bathroom is on the second floor - ideal for guests who want to enjoy their privacy while on vacation. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a TV for extra comfort.
A covered outdoor dining area with a stone barbecue and private parking are at your disposal when you book this beautiful villa.Villa Dajana is located in Potpican, a small village in the eastern part of the Istrian peninsula, near the mountain Ucka, which separates the regions of Istria and Kvarner. The villa is only 12 km from the nearest beach and about 19 km from Labin and 24 km from Rabac.
Perched on a hill above the magical Kvarner coast, Labin is the historical and administrative center of eastern Istria. The area is a paradise for art and history lovers. The steep, winding streets of the old town offer well-preserved historic palaces, numerous art galleries and studios, as well as various jazz and classical music festivals during the summer months. The town has some excellent fish restaurants, with delicious local produce, as well as cozy cafés where you can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. The coastal town of Labin is Rabac, a former fishing village, now a popular tourist destination, surrounded by a variety of beautiful pebble beaches and numerous sports and entertainment facilities. Mount Ucka offers some of the most popular free climbing and paragliding sites in Croatia. Opatija - the pearl of the Adriatic - is also just a short drive away.
