A cosy holiday apartment is located on the top floor of the owner's house in a beautiful village and forest location of Neuhermsdorf, directly on the cross-country ski trail, on a residential property of approx. 1,200 sqm. Restaurants and shopping facilities are nearby.
Separate access is via a steep staircase. The approx. 60 square metre, centrally heated, non-smoking apartment (max. room height 2.40 m) has a combined living room and bedroom (couch, satellite TV, radio, table football game, sleeping area with 1 x double bed, 1 air bed extra bed for a child), a kitchen (dining area, electric cooker, oven, fridge with freezer compartment) and a bathroom with shower/WC. There is also a car park, bicycle storage facilities, free Wi-Fi, a children's playground and a lawn in the garden with seating and play facilities (shared use). The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property. The apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties and tall guests over 1.80 metres. The water supply is provided by the property's own well.
Hermsdorf with its district Neuhermsdorf is a recognised resort in the Eastern Ore Mountains and is situated at an altitude of 800 m in the middle of one of the most beautiful landscape areas in Saxony. The densely wooded area with numerous hiking and cycling trails as well as well-developed cross-country skiing trails and a 750 m long downhill slope with ski lift make Hermsdorf a popular holiday destination in both summer and winter. The village has shopping facilities, several restaurants, a farm golf course and bike and ski hire stations. Thanks to its central location between Dresden (approx. 45 km), the Saxon Switzerland landscape conservation area (Königsstein Fortress approx. 50 km), the traditional wood and toy region of the Westerzgebirge (Seiffen approx. 25 km) and the proximity to the neighbouring Czech Republic (approx. 3 km), there are many worthwhile excursion destinations in the surrounding area.
