An outdoor terrace with pizza oven and garden furniture offers views of the extensive 7-hectare property. A small private pool, 4 x 3 metres, with a flat bottom, is equipped with an alarm system for your peace of mind. Due to the rural location, access to the property is via a stony, unpaved road that is unsuitable for low cars or sports cars. The house is about 3.5 km from the village of Carcès where you will find all the local shops and amenities. You can walk to the Caramy waterfalls, visit the heart of the village and its castle, go mountain biking from the house, go hiking, cycling, visit the wine cellars, go fishing on Lake Carcès ... Immerse yourself in the tranquillity of this rural paradise, perfect for a relaxing holiday. Please note that the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
