The approx. 80 m² holiday apartment for up to 5 adults and 1 infant is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of Lychen on the approx. 1,000 m², partially fenced residential property in the basement of the owner's house. Three lakes - Stadtsee, Oberpfuhl See and Zenssee with bathing areas, boat hire and playgrounds are just 10 - 15 minutes' walk away, and there is a bakery, restaurant and supermarket in the neighbourhood.
The largely barrier-free (wide passageways) apartment has a living room (upholstered furniture, armchairs, TV, radio/DVD player, collection of children's DVDs, books, games) with an open-plan kitchen area (2-plate induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances, seating area). Kitchen appliances, seating area), two bedrooms (1 x with double bed, 1 x with double bed, single bed, TV), a bathroom (WC, walk-in shower, hairdryer) and a sauna (use only on request, for a fee). The apartment is centrally heated and is equipped with insect screens on the windows. Smoking is permitted outside.
Also available: approx. 400 m² of land with furnished terrace for use, barbecue, 2 sun loungers, car park, carport parking space, cot, high chair, WiFi and massages on request and for a fee (the owner is a physiotherapist).
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and energy consumption. Please bring your own towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.
The rafting town of Lychen in the middle of the Uckermark Lakes Nature Park is the most attractive holiday resort in the Uckermark after Templin. The abundance of forests and lakes in the surrounding area provides all the conditions for a relaxing nature holiday. The town of Lychen is surrounded by seven lakes, providing ideal conditions for swimming, fishing and water sports, and has a well-developed tourist infrastructure with various shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés, boat and bicycle hire, raft trips, carriage rides/horse riding, trolley trips and much more. In the high season, there are also regular festive events in the village. A motorway connection can be reached in about 60 km. The nearest railway station is in Fürstenberg (approx. 12 km away).
