The spacious holiday apartment for six to a maximum of seven people is located on the ground floor of a residential and commercial building directly in the Kulturpark, the city's local recreation area on Lake Tollensesee with bathing beaches, restaurants, cafés and boat hire. The city centre with the medieval city wall and the concert church are just a few steps away.
The apartment was completely renovated and refurnished in 2021. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, flat screen TV, radio), an open kitchenette (dining table, electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave with grill, various small kitchen appliances), 3 bedrooms (2 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds), a bathroom (shower/WC), a guest WC and a utility room with washing machine and dishwasher. There are 2 car parking spaces, bicycle storage, cot, high chair and free W-LAN.
Final cleaning, water and energy costs are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented on site. The property is not rented to youth groups. Parties are not permitted.

The four-gate town of Neubrandenburg, the district town of the Mecklenburg Lake District, offers numerous shopping facilities, various restaurants, cafés and pubs as well as many cultural facilities and events. Particular attractions here include St Mary's Church with its new organ, home to the Neubrandenburg Philharmonic Orchestra, the theatre and the Neubrandenburg Art Collection, which is known beyond the borders of Mecklenburg as a concert church, and the historic town wall with its four medieval gates and Lake Tollensesee, which borders directly on the town and offers several bathing opportunities, boat hire and passenger boat trips. Cycling around the lake (approx. 45 km) is not the only popular tour; the entire wooded and lake-rich area around Neubrandenburg invites active holidaymakers to go on extended tours. The town is easily accessible by train from Berlin, and the nearest motorway junction is around 13 km away.
