The owner Peter Werner Theisen lives with his family in the wonderful building in a quiet location in the Auderather nature Son Matthias. The floor plan of the buildings and their flair are reminiscent of a finca. And this is how the name “Finca de vida y luz” came about – Finca of life and light. You will immediately notice the wonderful energy that this place radiates and immerse yourself in peace, inner contentment and balance. The finca has been completely renovated with great attention to detail and lovingly furnished with everything that will make your stay an unforgettable experience. Only high-quality furnishings and fittings were used. Many little highlights are waiting for you - for example, you can eat the most important food for a healthy body straight from the tap, because the domestic water system is equipped with the best that the world currently has to offer (Visiona water!). The apartment is suitable for 3-4 holiday guests (1 double bed, 1 single bed with a pull-out function to form a double bed). There is also a room with a desk and a sofa bed, making it ideal as a place to sleep or for holiday guests who want to work during their stay.

The lovingly renovated, furnished and equipped holiday home has - on the ground floor there is a living/dining area, a bathroom, a kitchen and a utility room (washing, drying and storage room) as well - On the upper floor there is an anteroom for relaxing, a double bedroom, a single bedroom (bed that can be pulled out into a double bed) and a room for working (desk) or a sofa bed for overnight guests
