A wide avenue with palm trees and manicured lawns leads to the well-kept finca Son Manyo in the north of Mallorca. Here you can holiday in a green oasis in the middle of the rural surroundings of Sa Pobla. The marvellous beaches of the east coast are also within easy reach. This is a holiday home from Fincallorca. Surrounded by lush vegetation, the large garden plot offers plenty of privacy throughout the outdoor area. The wonderful round pool with a diameter of 10 metres and the barbecue area are just a few steps away from the covered terrace by the house. Here you can walk barefoot under the starry sky during the day and on long summer nights. From the terrace by the house you have a good view of the playground and the pool at the same time. The covered terrace leads to the ground-floor interior, where the cosy living area opens out into a dining room. Directly adjacent to this is an open-plan, modern and well-equipped kitchen. Both the main living area and the three double bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating. One of the two bathrooms (one with a hydromassage bathtub, another with a walk-in shower) is located in the master bedroom. The house has stable internet reception, making it ideal for working from home. The finca is located 6 km south of the village of Sa Pobla in the north-east of Mallorca. Sa Pobla and the town of Inca, 15 km away, offer several supermarkets and shopping facilities. The beautiful beaches of the bay of Alcúdia, such as Playa de Muro, Son Bauló or the natural beach of Son Serra de Marina, can be reached in 20-25 minutes by car.
