Spacious Terrace: Ideal for outdoor breakfasts, overlooking the garden and pool. Optional breakfast service at 15 EUR per person, with fresh local products.
Modern Amenities: Garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, washing machine, barbecue, iron, internet access (WiFi), television, and air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
Parking and Access: Outdoor parking in a large space, which can also serve as a small private helipad. Totally private access via a long path surrounded by Mediterranean trees.

To take into account: DEPOSIT. The client will pay the deposit with the credit card as a guarantee at the time of entry, with the amount specified in the reservation. This deposit will be returned in full within 7 days of departure, unless the apartment is found to be imperfect, be it furniture or equipment, or in situations of extreme dirt or trash. The cost to restore the condition of the property at check-in will be deducted from the deposit. The client agrees to leave the apartment reasonably clean, without garbage or food remains. Mandatory: take out the trash before leaving the property. Otherwise, the penalty of 200 euros will be deducted from the deposit.
