Very cosy, comfortable villa "Ca´Sita salobre Pueblo", 2 storeys. In the centre of Pueblo Salobre, in the resort Gran Canaria, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. Private: garden, swimming pool angular (10 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Public parking on the road. Please note: car recommended. Baby equipment on request. Object suitable for 14 adults. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Late arrivals will have an extra cost to be paid in cash: 20:30-22:00: 30€, 22:00-00:00: 50€, 00:00-01:30: 80€.
