Welcome to one of the many apartments of our vacation rental service Travemünde! This is where you will find a home for as long as you wish to stay.
A 3-rooms apartment for either up to three adults. Forget about all your worries and relax or just enjoy a happy vacation - Jansen Meeresfunkeln is the place of choice. You cannot be closer to the water - with the sun working its way through the day over both balconies - and a beautiful view over the beach and the Travemünder Bay.

3-room maisonette apartment in unique beach location. Balcony south side, stylishly furnished, spacious sitting area. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.

Conditions:
Linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the final price. NON-SMOKING APARTMENT. WiFi (you will find the password in the appartment on the back of the router placed on the chest). Pets allowed free of charge.
Underground parking space (Nr 14 on the right immediatly after the entrance).Bikes can be parked in the basement in a room just for that purpose to reach over the underground parking.
Nameplate at the door bell "Dräger" or "Jansen".
Safe travel: cancellation without risks with a cancellation insurance
To be able to cancel or interrupt your stay without a financial loss we recommend to contract a cancellation insurance.
The visitor tax is not included in the final booking price!
The tax amounts to € 1,60/night per person from January 1st to May 14th and September 15th to December 31st and to € 3,00 from May 15th to September 14th.
Cancellation:
If the tenant cancels the contract after making the down-payment the vacation rental service will withhold an amount of € 29,- as a service fee. The remain of the down-payment will be refunded.
If you cancel later than 60 days before the begin of your stay the full amount will still be due. We advise to a cancellation insurance, which you can contract up to 10 days following the booking. If we are able to rent the place for either the whole time period or at least part of it, the due amount will be diminished consequently. The tenant is allowed to name another person as a replacement.

Please note that that during the summertime the beach will be cleaned up mechanically early mornings and there might be disturbances by noise. Seaweed might get washed ashore and then stored on the beach, which might cause unpleasant odors. None of these nuisances give a right to lower the price or ask for compensation.

Please note furthermore that there will be events along the promenade and on the beach – especially on weekends – and that it might get louder around those times. We also would like to point out that the Travemünder Woche, the second biggest world sail event, always takes place at the end of July. Please ask about the exact dates if you don’t want to book around that time.
