Beautiful and spacious house at the foot of the Tosco-Romagnolo Apennines, with views of the woods, ca. 800 m from the little village of San Godenzo away. The house is surrounded by large grounds with well-tended and equipped lawns and small wood, where the pool is set in beautiful location. Parking available for guests. The owners manage a good restaurant in the village where the guests of the house will have a free welcome dinner and three additional dinners during their stay. Location: 800 m the village of S. Godenzo (grocery shop), 45 km North-east of Florence. The village of San Godenzo lies at the foot of Mount Falterona, in scenic and idyllic area with deep crevasses and gentle valleys on both sides of the Apennines. The fascinating city of art of Florence, with its numerous art treasure, monuments and museums, is ca. 45 km away.

    “Zunächst erst die Bewertung der Gastgeber Emma und Ihr Sohn Carlo: beide total herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen in Ihrem Restaurant total lecker, regional und frisch zubereitet.
    Die Lage des Hauses ist das Richtige, um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und wir fanden alles was man braucht. Das Haus hat Charme, ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommenen. Das Grundstück ist riesig und der Pool ist auch zum Austoben groß genug.”

    “Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Küche neu, mit voller Ausstattung. Der Pool war absolut perfekt. Wir hatten zwar Sonnenschirme, sie waren jedoch nicht nötig, da das Grundstück so groß war, dass es immer einen Schattenplatz unter den Bäumen gab. Das Grundstück war sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
    Der Eigentümer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.”

    “Erg mooie ligging, vlakbij het nationaal park (Parco nazionale foreste Casentinesi). Direct onder toegangsweg bevinden zich al de eerste looproutes (aangegeven met gemiddelde looptijd tot volgende plaats), deze zijn goed verzorgt en erg goed te volgen. De toegangsweg naar het huisje is erg stijl maar verder goed te doen. Het huisje heeft een erg groot terrein met lekker groot zwembad en veel plaatsen waar je tot 's avonds laat buiten kan zitten. De omgeving is voorzien van veel wilde dieren, zo zijn er 's avonds o.a. herten, dassen & vossen te horen en zien. De eigenaar van het huis is erg vriendelijk en doet het met veel passie, tevens heerlijk mogen eten in hun Restaurant met huisgemaakte locale specialiteiten. Een goed onderhouden locatie voor een top vakantie.”

    “Das Ferienhaus ist schön und geräumig. Umgebung ruhig und still. Schöner Umschwung und großer Pool. Anfahrt zum Haus sehr steil und eng zum Wenden. Für Feriengäste die Probleme mit dem Gehen haben, nicht empfehlenswert. Ein neuer Grill wäre kein Luxus. Die Gastgeber-Familie verwöhnt die Gäste in ihrem Restaurant mit gut bürgerlichen Küche.”
