From the restoration of a small commercial farm of 13 hectares, situated in the green hills that characterizes the countryside of the Umbrian town of Acquasparta, 4 delightful apartments have been created. Peaceful position. Views of the woods, the hills and the medieval hamlet of Colpetrazzo. The structure is surrounded by a hectare of lawn (250m2 of which is for the exclusive use of the apartment), and the swimming pool shared with 3 other apartments. Please note: there is a small, equipped terrace in front of the apartment (14 m2). Air conditioning in the living room. Reasonably comfortable country style furniture. Location: 500 m Roman ruins 'Ponte Fonnaia' (possible to go for walks, 2 km S.Francesco mineral water spring, 3 km Acquasparta (all kinds of shops), 5 Km Terme San Faustino, 20 km Todi, 25 km Spoleto, 50 km Perugia and Orvieto, 60 km Assisi, 120 km Rome.

    “Correcte prijs voor een aangenaam huisje. Mooi zicht op het zwembad en de vallei. Zowel domein, zwembad als huisje zijn proper en goed onderhouden.
    Zeer positief door de kleinschaligheid van het domein: 2 huisjes en 2 appartementen.
    Vriendelijk onthaal en zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam.
    Enig minpunt: beperkte aanwezigheid van huisraad zoals borden, glazen, tassen en klein keukenmateriaal zoals snijplank, scherp mes, potten en pannen....
    Adresgegevens goed controleren omdat GPS foutieve eindbestemming in het dorp aangeeft. Domein noemt "Il Tesoro" en deze wegwijzers zijn in het dorp aangebracht.
    Zeer vriendelijk onthaal, behulpzame en niet opdringerige huisbaas Roberto.
    Free wifi is wel enkel mogelijk aan receptiezone en niet in de huisjes.”
