    “Das Haus mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Küche, Bad, Wohn-und Essbereich liegt auf einem kleinen Berg, umgeben von Wald und Olivenhainen. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Vor dem Haus ist eine Terrasse mit einem Pizzaofen, den wir auch benutzt haben. Mit unseren beiden Kindern haben wir im Wald das Holz dafür gesucht, wobei Giancarlo, der Vermieter, auch welches zur Verfügung stellen würde. Aber so hat es noch viel mehr Spaß gemacht und abends machten wir es uns im Haus gemütlich am offenen Kamin. Giancarlo und seine Frau sind ein wunderbar warmherziges Ehepaar und auch wenn keiner des anderen Sprache konnte, haben wir uns sehr gut verstanden. Giancarlo fuhr mit uns gemeinsam in eine "Cantina" nach Sinalunga, da haben wir mit seinem Rabatt Wein kaufen können. An einem Tag hatten wir ein kleines Unwetter und die Sicherungen sprang raus- Giancarlo war innerhalb von 20 Minuten bei uns und brachte das in Ordnung. Einmal am Tag knatterte eine Vesper vorbei, da weiter oben auf dem Berg gerade die Oliven geerntet wurden. Die wurden dann ins Dorf gebracht und in der Olivenpresse verarbeitet, so dass jeder sein eigenes Öl bekam. Wir bekamen dort mit den Kindern gleich eine Führung und das Öl schmeckt herrlich. Vom Haus aus kann man gut die Gegend erkunden, wir waren in Siena(Perle der Toskana), San Gimignano(Stadt der vielen Türme), Arezzo, Montelpulciano und die Kinder waren auch im Meer schwimmen. Ein wirklich schöner, entspannter Urlaub!”
