This lovingly furnished apartment is one of four apartments set in a former farmhouse on the Rocca that dominates the town of Garda. Garda is a renowned town with a popular harbour for tourists, bathing spots and sport facilities. The property is located in the green Parco della Rocca, a protected natural oasis (barbecues are not allowed here), which enjoys stunning views of the lake. This apartment has a panoramic terrace with chairs, table and parasol. Together with apartments: IVG430, IVG431 and IVG432 you can also enjoy the swimming pool and sun loungers outside. The property is not suitable for people with limited mobility. Arrival on Saturday only between 5 pm – 7 pm.

    “Die Wohnung verfügt zwar über einen wunderschönen Panoramablick, dafür ist sie über die sehr steile und schmale Straße sehr schlecht zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Auch der Pool und der Außenbereich sind sehr gepflegt.”

    “Wir waren im August 2013 mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern dort. Das Hauses liegt in schöner ruhiger Lage oberhalb des Ortes Garda. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft.

    Die Wohnung, der Garten und der Pool entsprach den hier gezeigten Bildern und damit unseren Erwartungen.

    Besteck, Geschirr und Gläser sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr ansprechend. Sie könnten bei Gelegenheit ausgetauscht werden. Sauber war jedoch alles.

    Poolhandtücher wurden nicht gestellt. Das Wäschepaket bestand pro Person aus 1 Duschhandtuch, 1 Handtuch und 1 kleinen Handtuch. Zusätzlich gab es 2 Bettlaken und 1 Kopfkissenbezug. Für heiße Tage im August ist das nicht ausreichend, wenn man - so wie wir - im Urlaub KEINE Waschmaschinen anstellen will.

    Für die Neueinstellung des Fernsehers - dies war einem der vielen "do" und "don't" - Zetteln der Wohnung zu entnehmen - sind inzwischen 35,00 € zu zahlen. Glücklicherweise mussten wir diesen Service nicht in Anspruch nehmen. Vielleicht sollte die Technik überdacht werden...

    Das hier angeboten Haus liegt oberhalb des Ortes Garda in exponierter Hanglage der Rocca. Es ist damit nah, aber dennoch abseits des Trubels. Einkaufen kann mit ca. 20 minütigem Fußmarsch oder auch mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten bewältigt werden. Der See ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Ort Garda bietet alle üblichen Angebote bzgl. Gastronomie und Shopping. Geheimtips... behalte ich selbstverständlich für mich... Viel Spaß beim Erkunden!

    Insgesamt haben wir schöne Tage dort verbracht und werden gerne wieder kommen.”

    “Wohnung ist großzügig,leider ohne Spülmaschine,Nebenkosten sind überhöht,Benutzng des Fernsehers mit Vorsicht zu genießen:es gibt keine Gebrauchsanweisung,wir haben wohl bei der Programmsuche einen falschen Knopf gedrückt und mußten die Reparaturkosten von 25.--Euro übernehmen.
