Private: garden 2000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (above ground) (7 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, 16.05.-10.10.). Barbecue. In the house: central heating system, washing machine. Linen change weekly. Room cleaning 2 times per week on request (extra). Parking at the house. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 2 km, railway station ''Firenze'' 25 km, pebble beach 100 m, bathing lake ''Lago di Bilancino'' 200 m. Tennis 6 km, riding stable 5 km. Nearby attractions: Scarperia 10 km, Vicchio 19 km. Please note: car recommended. Ferrari race truck 15 km. Nearby winsurfing school, sailing, rowing, cycling, walking trails in the woods.     “Seine beste Zeit hat dieses Haus sicher schon länger hinter sich. Türen und Läden fallen bereits auseinander. Ausrangierte Sofas und Sessel finden sich im Garten wieder. Das ehemals blaue Schwimmbad hat durch Algen seine Farbe in Grün geändert. Die Holzkonstruktion ums Schwimmbad ist sehr abenteuerlich und leider auch bereits morsch. Naturliebhaber kommen voll auf Ihre Kosten: Siebenschläfer im Dach, Ameisen im Schlafzimmer, Wespen im Rahmen des Schwimmbades. Bis spät in die Nacht sitzen die italienischen Nachbarn laut palavernd auf der Strasse vor dem Haus. Am Wochenende kommt noch der Partylärm vom See dazu.     “Die Ausstattung ist komplett.
    Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder.
    Alles in allem auch sehr sauber und der Pool wurde 2 bis 3 mal pro Woche gereinigt.

    Wir werden auf jeden Fall hier noch mal Urlaub machen.”

    “Haus hält was Beschreibung und Bilder versprechen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das sehr schöne Anwesen ist in Einzellage (noch 2-3 Ferien-Häuser links und rechts) in unmittelbarer Nähe zum See. Wer im Winter fährt (wir waren über Silvester dort) sollte sich aber "warm anziehen"!!! Wir hatten schon 1 Woche all-inclusive für weniger Geld, als für 1 Woche Strom+Gas in Barberino.
