The well-maintained semi-detached house NEFELES with a wonderful sea view is located in a slight hillside situation at the edge of the town, near the long, fine sandy beach of Plakias, in the south of Crete. The houses are built slightly offset and well separated from each other and offer a cultivated atmosphere for a wonderful holiday at the sea. There is a lodger flat in the basement of the house that is well separated from the holiday accommodation above it. The lodger flat is used by the English speaking landlady who discreetly looks after the well-being of the guests.
The comfortable, two-storey semi-detached is tastefully furnished and thoughtfully decorated in matching colours. The house has a ground level entry. The living room with adjoining kitchen and the guest toilet are on the ground floor of the house. There is direct access to the beautiful, roofed terrace with a fantastic view of the sea and the surrounding landscape. The bedroom with a direct exit to a private roofed terrace with wonderful sea view and the bathroom are on the first floor. The shared garden property is cultivated with olive trees, various Mediterranean plants and trees and stretches on the side and behind the semi-detached house.
There is a footpath of approx. 800m to the small harbour of Plakias where you will find some taverns, cafés, bars, a supermarket and some other shops. The beautiful fine sandy bay with sunbeds and parasols is directly at the Plakias sea shore. There are further fine sandy bays in close vicinity to the holiday accommodation in this especially charming, southern part of Crete.
