This cosy and thoughtfully furnished holiday home is located in Värmland, close to the Norwegian border. It is nestled on hilly ground, close to the lake, which afford the house with stunning, panoramic views of Lake Foxen and the surrounding scenery. The home features a large, partially covered jetty and use of a boat, which is ideal for fishing trips. You will also benefit from use of an aluminum canoe, which comes complete with paddles and life jackets. The surrounding forests are rich in berries and mushrooms and ideal for walking. Fishing licences are available at the tourist office in Årjang which you can buy.

    “Haus OK, schöner Ausblick, Betten bequem, Steg und See sehr schön. Allerdings sind 2 Häuser direkt nebenan (jedes nur ca. 10 Meter weg), und der Steg des einen Hauses ist direkt neben dem Steg, der zu diesem Haus gehört, was man alles auf den Bildern nicht sehen kann. Eines der beiden Häuser wurde außerdem gebaut, nachdem die Bilder gemacht wurden, die im Internet zu sehen sind.     “Die Lage ist direkt am See mit einem herlichen Ausblick so wie es auf den Bildern gezeigt wird.
    Es sind in ca 20 Metern Luftlinie noch zwei Ferienhäuser eines Links das andere rechts vom haus und man teilt sich die gleiche Einfahrt aber jeder hat seine Ruhe von einander.
    Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet man hat alles da was man braucht.
    Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett ,am Dachboden zwei Einzelbetten und im Wohnzimmer ein Stockbett das ist auf den Bildern nicht ersichtlich.
    Wen man den Steg erreichen will muß eine kleine Steile Steintreppe hinunter gehen dann sieht man gleich das es sehr steil ins Wasser geht man hat gleich eine wassertiefen von ca drei bis vier Metern also für Kleinkinder oder Kinder die nicht schwimmen können nicht geeignet.
    Wenn die See ruhig ist kann man den großen Teil vom See erkunden aber wenn es windig wird sollte man schauen das man da schnell wieder raus kommt mit dem Boot die Wellen können seht groß werden.”
