Casa Carla is located in the plane of Pur, at only a 100 m distance from Lago di Ledro.
The lake can be reached by foot, walking along a small service road.
Casa Carla is a recently reconstructed detached house with a private fenced garden and a parking site within.
The house is composed of two levels with separate accesses to both floors.
The ground floor (stonewall) is composed as follows: living room with couch, armchairs, chimney for log fire, table with chairs and satellite television. The washing machine is located here.
Furthermore, the large bathroom in rustic style with shower cabin, lavatory and bathtub with stone panelling is located on the ground floor as well. The second bathroom is equipped with shower cabin and lavatory.
The in-house stairway leads to the first floor where you will find a spacious kitchen including electrical home appliances, a veranda usable as lounge, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds (is possible to join the two beds) and another bedroom with bunk bed.
In the garden there is a pergola with BBQ place, table and wooden banks.
Up to two cars can be parked in the garden.
In about 100 m distance from the house there is one beach with lawn, one beach with stones and nearby as well a beach where you can go with “your friend”, your dog.
Accessories: refrigerator with freezer, gas oven, gas stove, dish washer, coffee machine, washing machine, satellite television, deck chairs.

    “Schönes Haus mit allem notwendigen was man braucht, allerdings waren wir auch schon in besser ausgestatteten Unterkünften. Deutsches SAT Fernsehen ist positiv zu erwähnen wer es braucht. Top gelegene absolut ruhige Lage. Der See ist absoluter Wahnsinn. So klar und sauber. Der Preis ist schon etwas über Niveau dafür hat man aber seine Ruhe und Privatsphäre.
    Alles in allem echt empfehlenswert.”
