Holiday house with a pool and sauna in a wonderfully quiet location with plenty of space
The house was completely newly built on the old foundation walls, in a country house style. It is in an idyllic, absolutely quiet location with a view of the Ucka mountain range.
The house can accommodate eight to ten people. It has a total of four bedrooms, as well as four bathrooms and two balconies in two houses (there are three double bedrooms in the main house and one double room in the annex) . A sauna is available. The living room has a Scandinavian oven, a TV and radio, and an integrated, large dining room with a kitchen, air conditioning and central heating. All the bedrooms have a TV.
The outdoor area offers a spacious, roofed terrace with a grill and a view of the wonderful landscape and a solar-heated pool measuring 12 x 4 metres.
The nearest beach is in Plomin Luka about ten kilometres away. There is another very popular beach about 15km away in Rabac. Villa Stephanie stands alone. The nearest buildings are about 250 metres away. In the immediate surroundings there are forests and vineyards. Istria, also called the Tuscany of Croatia, provides many options for individual tourists, with its diverse coast, the little historical villages and the vineyards and olive groves. The varied culinary offerings of the region, featuring Teran, full-bodied red wines and truffles, is another ‘tasty’ reason for Istria’s popularity. It is 63km to the nearest airport at Pula, and 88km to Rijeka airport. The nearest border in Rupa is 67km away and the nearest supermarket is 8km away. The beach at Rabac is 15km away and it is 11km to the beach at Plomin Luka.
