Nice and typical “casa colonica marchigiana” (farmhouse of Marche)

The surroundings are unique for silence, nature and pollutionless. Located up country, 250m a.m.s.l. in a peaceful place. At one side the valley of the river Metauro, on the other one the Adriatic Sea.

The house was completely restructured in the middle of '90s and is equipped with all comfort. The external walls are made of sandstone and bricks; the inside shows woodworks and pavement of wood and bricks. The internal furnitures are belonging most of all to the “arte povera marchigiana” of the end of XIX century. The house itself has two floors: the ground floor contains a big living room (35 sq.m.) with brick pavement, fire place, reading spot, sofas and two extra beds; nice covered stairs lead to the first floor. Here there's a kitchen with wooden pavement, and stairs which lead to two double bedrooms and a bathroom.The house has two bedrooms. One with double bed and one with two single beds. In case of reservations for 6 people, two will have to sleep in a sofa-bed placed in the living-room.

In front of the house the parking place and a green area with centuries-old trees and equipped with a Jacuzzi and garden furniture.Outside you find a wood stove, a barbecue and 2 showers;

The house is also a farm that produces high quality products such as olive oil, fossa cheese, aged lard and truffles to delight not only the sight of our guests but also their palate. The house is part of a property of 3 hectares of land planted with olive trees and walnuts. Here there are two small ponds with goldfish and a meditation spot on top of a hill, beneath a centuries-old oak tree, recommended by us to admire the view of our valleys and the view of the Adriatic Sea in the distance.

Not far a truffle plantation and a water mill in disuse.

About 200m away from the house there are two artificial pounds with red fish and nymphaeas for decorative purpose (no swimming). They're about 10mq wide and 1,5m deep each. You can easily reach them by feet, even though they're not in the immediate vicinity of the house.

    “Wir haben zwei wunderbare Urlaubswochen in "Casale Ariella Patricio" verbracht. Es handelt sich um ein hübsches altes Steinhaus in schöner Hanglage mit sensationellem Ausblick. Das Haus liegt am Ende eines Feldwegs, so dass es keinen Verkehr gibt. Allerdings ist der Weg dorthin sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig - jedenfalls nichts für tief liegende Fahrzeuge. Ein Extrabonbon ist natürlich der Whirlpool, den wir täglich genutzt haben.
    Es gibt ein Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine und zwei Schlafzimmer mit genügend Platz. Außerdem gibt es eine Küche, reichlich ausgestattet mit Geschirr, großem Esstisch und kleinem Balkon, wo man gemütlich ein Gläschen Wein trinken kann. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und hatten noch hochsommerliche Temperaturen, so dass wir das fehlende Wohnzimmer nicht vermisst haben. Bei schlechterem Wetter würde uns ein Wohnraum aber definitiv fehlen. Wenn man es sich im Haus mal gemütlich machen möchte, muss man eben ins Bett liegen.”

    “Wer Abgeschiedenheit mag, ist hier richtig. Ein altes, aber gut erhaltenes Haus mit rustikalen Holzmöbeln auf drei Ebenen und großem Garten mit toller Aussicht waren die Zutaten für einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Highlight ist jedoch der Yakuza-Pool im Garten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, die Mietabwicklung total unkompliziert (verglichen mit anderen Häusern): keine Kaution, keine Extragebühren für WLAN, Waschmaschine, Endreinigung...”

    “Das Haus hat neben der Standartausstattung (Herd, Kühlschrank, Spüle, Dusche und Waschmaschine) einen Whirlpool, der ein besonderes Highlight darstellt, da man von ihm einen sensationellen Blick über die Landschaft hat. Außerdem verfügt das Haus über zwei sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer, einer großen Küche mit Terrasse und einem großen Gemeinschaftsraum im Erdgeschoss.
    Außerdem sind die Eigentümer sehr nett und stehen immer gerne für Fragen und Wünsche zur Verfügung. Man braucht natürlich ein Auto, da das Haus sehr abgelegen ist, aber das ist ja klar.”
