This spacious holiday home with swimming pool is located only a few minutes of drive away from the lovely tourist destination of Rabac, where you can find the most beautiful beaches in Istria. The plot is large and the house is located next to a small village road. The house comprises two very comfortable accommodation units with terraces, connected by external stairs. The units have spacious living rooms and kitchens. The holiday home is located only ca. 15 minutes of drive away from the historical town of Labin with plenty of cultural monuments, Venetian church, where during the summer many classical music concerts are organised, original museum with imitation of mine and numerous art galleries. Besides Rabac and its beautiful beaches, you can also find good swimming locations in Prtlog, Sv. Marina or Ravni – small places near Labin. Within only an hour of drive you can reach the famous antique town of Pula with its magnificent amphitheatre, the Brijuni National Park and many other attractions.
