Idyllic and cosy chalet "Weissenbach". In the district of Weißenbach, in a quiet, sunny position, along the wooded area, directly by the stream. Private: large garden 1'200 m2, meadow, lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis, patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. In the house: WiFi. Parking on the premises. Grocery 1 km, restaurant 200 m, public bathing area 1 km. Golf course 7 km, tennis 500 m, cable car 12 km, ski lift 12 km, ski bus stop 300 m, cross country ski track 100 m. The house is situated within a large, flat garden area with direct access to the creek, where you can cool yourself down. A little further along the stream is a quiet area, which is ideal for swimming. Beach and the new adventure world in Abersee are only 3 and 5 km away.

    “+ Schöne, ruhige Lage am Bach und in Waldnähe. Großer, gepflegter Garten. Küchenausstattung und Geschirr reichlich vorhanden. Bad mit Dusche und Waschtisch modern und neu, sonst Flair eines 'alten' Hauses mit Kachelofen.
    - Sanierungsbedürftig (z.B. Heizung, WC's). Schimmel-/Modergeruch im Flur und Wohnzimmer EG. Das Wohnzimmer ist daher für uns nicht benutzbar gewesen.

    “Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, nicht weit vom Ort und auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind relativ nah. Innen ist das Haus geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Badezimmer könnte allerdings eine Modernisierung gebrauchen.”

    “The house was lovely, in a wonderful position with a beautifully kept garden and very comfortable beds. My one comment is that the ligthing in the sitting room is no good at all. We had bad weather so we needed the lights on to read, it was very difficult to see even when we brought the bedside lights down from the spare bedroom.”
